"This particular series revolves around my introduction
to Seattle, with a focus on the streets and life there.
Utilizing a Toy Camera, the Holga, to capture
the sometimes dark, yet often bright icons and
history within the city. Outside of this series,
I continue to pursue alternate paths in photography
to reach beyond the normalcy around me.
Even in the hustle and bustle of the big city,
life is simple, people are simple, our surroundings,
are just that, simple.
Take a moment...
Take a look...
Take a breath...
Life is short, things are happening around us all,
while we can never experience everything,
we can, try to experience at least, something."
~Kate Hailey
